Working Student in Committee Management for the Executive Board & Supervisory Board (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Supporting the preparation of content on topics for the Executive Board and committees (Supervisory Board, Annual General Meeting, etc.) - from the initial structure through to the final presentation
• Creating and further developing management-ready presentations
• Consolidating and preparing information from different areas of the company
• Quickly getting up to speed on new topics and supporting their structured preparation
• Condensing complex content into clear, decision-relevant messages
• Participating in dynamic coordination processes with occasional short-notice adjustments

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a degree (e.g. in business, law, public management, or a similar field)
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics and prepare content in a structured way
• Very good feel for clear, concise presentation, especially in PowerPoint
• Flexibility and resilience in an environment with changing requirements and tight timelines
• Careful working style combined with high standards for quality and speed
• Curiosity and motivation to gain deep insights into how the company works as a whole and into decision-making processes

What to expect

You should enjoy quickly getting up to speed on new topics and working with incomplete information. Structured processes are in place where they make sense - much of the work, however, takes shape through discussion and joint development. Feedback loops and short-notice adjustments are part of everyday life and should not slow you down. A large part of your work will involve iteratively developing content and refining it further and further - even under time pressure.

• Transparent compensation

  As a working student, you start with us at an hourly wage of 16,92 €. As an intern, you receive 1.624 € per month for both mandatory and voluntary internships.
