What you will do with us:

• Assisting with the planning, organization, and preparation and follow-up of meetings
• Participating in meetings, including structured minute-taking
• Independently handling and preparing selected special topics
• Supporting day-to-day operations with administrative tasks
• Assisting with the documentation and preparation of results
• Following up on outstanding items and supporting follow-up actions
• Collaborating and coordinating with various stakeholders
• Monitoring and meeting deadlines and appointments

What you bring:

• Enrolled student, for example in business and economic sciences, business administration, economics, or a comparable field
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• High reliability and discretion, as well as organizational skills
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
