What you will do with us:
- Assisting with the planning, organization, and preparation and follow-up of meetings
- Participating in meetings, including structured minute-taking
- Independently handling and preparing selected special topics
- Supporting day-to-day operations with administrative tasks
- Assisting with the documentation and preparation of results
- Following up on outstanding items and supporting follow-up actions
- Collaborating and coordinating with various stakeholders
- Monitoring and meeting deadlines and appointments
What you bring:
- Enrolled student, for example in business and economic sciences, business administration, economics, or a comparable field
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- High reliability and discretion, as well as organizational skills
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
