HanseWerk AG is looking for a Working Student in Committee Management for the Management Board and Supervisory Board (m/f/d) for its location in Quickborn, starting as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities
- Support the substantive preparation of topics for the Management Board and governing bodies, including the Supervisory Board and General Meeting, from initial structure to final presentation
- Create and further develop management-ready presentations
- Combine and prepare information from different areas of the company
- Quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and support their structured preparation
- Condense complex content into clear, decision-relevant messages
- Contribute to dynamic coordination processes with sometimes short-notice adjustments
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme, for example in business, law, public management, or a similar field
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and prepare content in a structured way
- Very good sense for clear, concise presentation, especially in PowerPoint
- Flexibility and resilience in an environment with changing requirements and tight timelines
- Careful working style combined with high standards for quality and speed
- Curiosity and motivation to gain deep insights into company-wide contexts and decision-making processes
What to expect
You should enjoy quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics and working with incomplete information. Structured processes exist where useful, but much is created through exchange and joint further development. Feedback loops and short-notice adjustments are part of everyday work and should not slow you down. A large part of the work involves iteratively developing and sharpening content, including under time pressure.
The role provides an unusually deep insight into company-wide topics and decision-making processes at management level. Salary and application route are not provided.
