What we are changing: The Matrix42 administrator team is part of requirements management. It supports IT and business departments in digitising and automating service processes. Its core tasks include managing and further developing the service catalogue and designing and implementing needs-based solutions in service management.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the further development and maintenance of the service catalogue in Matrix42.
- Coordinate and analyse requirements and clarify technical implementation options with business departments and IT.
- Design and implement user-friendly service forms to support digital service processes.
- Define, optimise and implement efficient provisioning and automation workflows.
- Actively help shape and continuously develop services in the service-management environment.
