Role: The Matrix42 administrator team is part of requirements management. It supports IT and business departments in digitising and automating service processes. Its core tasks include maintaining and developing the service catalogue and designing and implementing needs-based service-management solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the further development and maintenance of the service catalogue in Matrix42.
  • Coordinate and analyse requirements and clarify technical implementation options with business departments and IT.
  • Design and implement user-friendly service forms to support digital service processes.
  • Define, optimise, and implement efficient provisioning and automation workflows.
  • Help shape and continuously develop services in the service-management environment.

Requirements:

  • An ongoing degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable programme.
  • An understanding of database structures and an interest in technical contexts and IT processes.
  • A customer- and service-oriented mindset with an eye for pragmatic solutions.
  • An analytical and structured working style and the ability to understand complex matters.
