Role

The Matrix42 administrator team is part of requirements management. It supports IT and business departments in digitising and automating service processes. Core tasks include maintaining and developing the service catalogue and designing and implementing suitable Service Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the service catalogue in Matrix42.
• Coordinate and analyse requirements and clarify technical implementation options with business departments and IT.
• Design and implement user-friendly service forms for digital service processes.
• Define, optimise and implement efficient provisioning and automation workflows.
• Help shape and continuously develop services in the Service Management environment.

Requirements

• Currently studying business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable subject.
• Understanding of database structures and an interest in technical contexts and IT processes.
• Customer- and service-oriented thinking with a focus on pragmatic solutions.
• An analytical and structured approach and the ability to understand complex matters.
• Initiative, teamwork and enthusiasm for developing and implementing technical solutions.
