Role context: The Matrix42 administrator team is part of requirements management. It supports IT and business departments with the digitalization and automation of service processes. Core tasks include maintaining and developing the service catalog and designing and implementing suitable service-management solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of the service catalog in Matrix42.
  • Coordinate and analyze requirements and clarify technical implementation options with business departments and IT.
  • Design and implement user-friendly service forms for digital service processes.
  • Define, optimize, and implement efficient provisioning and automation workflows.
  • Help shape and continuously develop services in the service-management environment.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying business information systems, computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable subject.
  • Understanding of database structures and an interest in technical relationships and IT processes.
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset with an eye for pragmatic solutions.
  • Analytical and structured approach, with the ability to understand complex matters.
  • Initiative, ability to work in a team, and enjoyment of developing and implementing technical solutions.
