The role: The Matrix42 administrator team is part of requirements management. It supports IT and business departments with the digitalisation and automation of service processes. Core tasks include managing and developing the service catalogue and designing and implementing needs-based service-management solutions.

Your responsibilities:

Support the development and maintenance of the service catalogue in Matrix42
Coordinate and analyse requirements and clarify technical implementation options with business departments and IT
Design and implement user-friendly service forms to support digital service processes
Define, optimise and implement efficient provisioning and automation workflows
Actively help shape and continuously develop services in the service-management environment
