Working Student (m/f/d) – Finance & Customer Consulting

About the role

As a working student at INSITE-Interventions GmbH, you support the Finance & Controlling and Customer Consulting teams in their day-to-day work and on varied projects. The position starts immediately and is based in Frankfurt am Main or Hamburg. It offers practical insight into commercial processes and the support of corporate customers. You will work carefully, independently and with a service-oriented approach.

Finance & Controlling

• Take on tasks in invoice checking.
• Support the Finance & Controlling area with preparing and compiling reports.
• Assist with further analytical and administrative day-to-day tasks.

Customer Consulting

• Support psychological risk assessments and other employee surveys.
• Reliably prepare and follow up on presentation appointments, results presentations and training sessions for employees and managers.
• Help create survey projects and implement the customer organisation chart in the survey software.
• Create questionnaires, adapt them to customer requirements and prepare them for system import.

What you bring

• You are enrolled as a student for at least one further year, ideally in economics, business administration, finance, controlling, health sciences, psychology or a comparable field.
• You learn quickly and have a fundamentally service-oriented attitude.
• You are available for 16 to a maximum of 20 hours per week on at least two working days.
• You are reliable, accurate and dependable.
• You work in an organised and independent way.
