The Procurement and Logistics department provides the required goods and services and procures construction services. Your responsibilities

Request and compare quotations, prepare price comparisons, and commission suppliers and service providers for individual procurements
Support the analysis and evaluation of procurement and ordering processes based on the merchandise management system
Conduct market and supplier research to identify suitable procurement sources
Build, maintain and continuously develop a central knowledge database
Contribute actively to cross-departmental projects and support the optimization of internal processes

Your qualifications

Enrollment in an economics-related degree programme, such as business administration, economics, industrial engineering or a similar field
Basic commercial and business understanding
Numerical affinity and analytical thinking
Independent and structured working style, combined with high self-motivation and a strong willingness to learn
Confident use of MS Office
Good communication skills in different conversational situations
