Your responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of the service catalogue in Matrix42.
- Coordinate and analyze requirements and clarify technical implementation options with business departments and IT.
- Design and implement user-friendly service forms to support digital service processes.
- Define, optimize, and implement efficient provisioning and automation workflows.
- Actively help shape and continuously develop services in the service-management environment.
