Responsibilities
- Support care management through research, including therapy-place searches and specialist physician services.
- Support back-office tasks in Case Management.
- Support service agents with telephone and written communication.
- Participate in project work.
- Support billing processes.
Requirements
- Enrolled student for at least one more year, ideally in health management, psychology or health economics; students from all other fields are also considered.
- Quick comprehension and a service-oriented attitude.
- Availability of 15 to max. 20 hours per week on at least two weekdays.
- Reliability, accuracy and dependability.
- German and English, spoken and written.
