The Matrix42 administrator team supports IT and business departments in digitising and automating service processes. Its responsibilities include maintaining and developing the service catalogue and designing and implementing suitable service management solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the further development and maintenance of the service catalogue in Matrix42.
- Coordinate and analyse requirements and clarify technical implementation options with business departments and IT.
- Design and implement user-friendly service forms for digital service processes.
- Define, optimise and implement efficient provisioning and automation workflows.
- Help shape and continuously develop services in the service management environment.
Your qualifications:
- Currently studying business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable subject.
- Understanding of database structures and an interest in technical interrelationships and IT processes.
- A customer- and service-oriented approach with a focus on practical solutions.
- An analytical and structured way of working and the ability to understand complex issues.
- Initiative, teamwork and enthusiasm for developing and implementing technical solutions.
