Role focus: The Matrix42 administrator team is part of requirements management. It supports IT and business departments in digitizing and automating service processes. Its core tasks include maintaining and further developing the service catalog, as well as designing and implementing needs-based Service Management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the further development and maintenance of the service catalog in Matrix42
- Coordinate and analyze requirements and clarify technical implementation options with business departments and IT
- Design and implement user-friendly service forms to support digital service processes
- Define, optimize, and implement efficient provisioning and automation workflows
- Actively help shape and continuously develop services in the Service Management environment
Requirements:
- Currently studying business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable subject
- Understanding of database structures and an interest in technical relationships and IT processes
- A customer- and service-oriented mindset with an eye for pragmatic solutions
