What you will help change: The Matrix42 administrator team is part of requirements management. It supports IT and business departments in digitising and automating service processes. Its core tasks include managing and further developing the service catalogue, as well as designing and implementing needs-based solutions in service management.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the further development and maintenance of the service catalogue in Matrix42
  • Coordinate and analyse requirements and clarify technical implementation options with business departments and IT
  • Design and implement user-friendly service forms to support digital service processes
  • Define, optimise and implement efficient provisioning and automation workflows
  • Actively shape and continuously develop services in the service management environment

What you bring:

  • Currently studying business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable subject
  • Understanding of database structures and an interest in technical contexts and IT processes
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset with an eye for pragmatic solutions
  • Analytical and structured working style, with the ability to understand complex matters
  • Initiative, teamwork skills and enjoyment of developing and implementing technical solutions
