Working Student Intranet Content HSEQ Communication (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Overhaul of the intranet presence: Conception, design, and structural overhaul of our intranet pages, especially regarding a new branding in corporate design as well as improved user guidance and clarity.
• Content preparation and maintenance: Creation, revision, and structured preparation of content for the intranet - target-group-oriented, understandable, and visually appealing.
• Active co-shaping of the HSEQ external image: Conception, implementation, and further development of internal and external communication measures on topics related to health, safety, environment, and quality.
• Support with communication materials: Creation and revision of presentations, information materials, and articles for various channels.
• Coordination and alignment: Close cooperation with specialist departments and communication teams to implement content consistently and purposefully.

Your Profile:

• Ongoing studies (you are enrolled for at least another year) in communication sciences, media management, health management, business administration, or a comparable course of study.
• Confident handling of common presentation software (especially Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Interest in communication as well as topics like health, environment, and occupational safety.
• A good eye for design, structure, and target-group-oriented communication.
• You have very good written and spoken German skills and are motivated to support us throughout your studies.
• You find reliability, team spirit, and a structured and independent way of working natural.
• Looking through the "customer's eyes" is natural for you. Customer satisfaction is your motivation and top priority.
