Energy Technology Student as Working Student Supplier Management - Purchasing SAP (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You support tenders.
• You prepare supplier qualifications.
• You process inquiries and price comparisons.
• You support the preparation of supplier negotiations.
• You conduct procurement market and demand analyses for various product groups as well as evaluations.
• You maintain purchasing tools (e.g., SAP, Coupa).
• You accompany operational purchasing activities for various requirements.
• You support special tasks.

Your Profile

• You are studying business administration or a technical field and are available to us for approx. 20 hours/week.
• You are confident in using MS Office applications.
• You are interested in purchasing topics, energy industry contexts, and have good knowledge, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally have already gained experience in using SAP.
• You are curious, open to challenges, and enjoy developing topics further with others.
• You tackle challenges, think in alternatives, and look beyond your area of responsibility.
• Whether independently or together in a team: you work in an organized, careful, and responsible manner.
• Organizational skills, strong communication, resilience, and customer orientation round off your profile.

• Transparent Compensation: As a working student, you start with us at an hourly wage of €16.92. As an intern, you receive compensation of €1,624 per month for both mandatory and voluntary internships.
