Your Tasks

  • You support tenders.
  • You prepare supplier qualifications.
  • You process inquiries and price comparisons.
  • You support the preparation of supplier negotiations.
  • You conduct procurement market and demand analyses for various product groups as well as evaluations.
  • You maintain purchasing tools (e.g., SAP, Coupa).

Your Profile

  • You are studying business administration or a technical field and are available to us for approx. 20 hours/week.
  • You are confident in using MS Office applications.
  • You are interested in purchasing topics, energy industry contexts, and have good knowledge, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally have already gained experience in using SAP.
  • You are curious, open to challenges, and enjoy developing topics further with others.
  • You tackle challenges, think in alternatives, and look beyond your area of responsibility.
  • Whether independently or together in a team: you work in an organized, careful, and responsible manner.
  • Organizational skills, strong communication, resilience, and customer orientation round off your profile.
