Your Tasks:

  • Collaboration on the content preparation of topics for the Board of Management and committees (Supervisory Board, Annual General Meeting, etc.) - from the initial structure to the final presentation
  • Creation and further development of management-ready presentations
  • Merging and preparing information from different areas of the company
  • Quick familiarization with new topics and support in their structured preparation
  • Condensing complex content into clear, decision-relevant messages
  • Collaboration in dynamic coordination processes with sometimes short-term adjustments

Your Profile:

  • Ongoing studies (e.g., Business, Law, Public Management, or similar)
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and prepare content in a structured manner
  • Very good sense for clear, concise presentation, especially in PowerPoint
  • Flexibility and resilience in an environment with changing requirements and tight timelines
  • Diligent way of working with a simultaneous high demand for quality and speed
  • Curiosity and motivation to gain deep insights into corporate contexts and decision-making processes

What to Expect:

You should enjoy quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics and dealing with incomplete information. Structured processes exist where they make sense - but much is created through exchange and joint further development. Feedback loops and short-term adjustments are part of everyday life and should not slow you down. A large part of your work will consist of iteratively developing and continuously sharpening content - even under time pressure. In return, you will get an exceptionally deep insight into company-wide topics and decision-making processes at the management level.

Your Benefits:

  • Transparent Compensation: As a working student, you start with an hourly wage of €16.92. As an intern, you receive compensation of €1,624 per month for both mandatory and voluntary internships.
  • Meaningful Task: With us, you make a valuable contribution to the energy transition - in a large company with many perspectives.
  • Flexibility: As a working student, you work up to 20 hours per week during the semester. You coordinate working hours and location flexibly with your team. As an intern, you have a 37-hour week and also the opportunity to work mobile.
  • Development: You can write your thesis with us. After graduation, you have exciting entry opportunities with us.
  • Health: Whether company sports, sporting events, or a balanced diet in our canteen - your personal well-being is important to us.
  • Openness & Team Spirit: Our corporate culture thrives on open cooperation, active collaboration, and enthusiasm for what we do. We welcome everyone, convinced that differences enrich us.
