Intelligent grids and customer solutions are the future business for a sustainable energy world of tomorrow. As E.ON Grid Solutions within the E.ON Group, we realize this change as a driver of digitalization in grid economy, grid technology, and grid services. Fast can be quiet. And change things permanently. Especially with us. Together with you, we want to develop digital products and services for our customers to actively shape the future. Are you also eager for new things and really enjoy speed? Then apply as a Working Student User Support (m/f/d).

This is how we make the energy transition. As a working student in the EGS IT User Services area, you will gain exciting insights into the real IT and service processes of a large company. You will take on independent tasks with visible impact and become part of a team that actively involves and supports you.

A challenging task:

  • Support onboarding: You prepare new computers for our new joiners and ensure a smooth start in the company.
  • Keep backlog & quality in view: You maintain our order tool and ensure that incidents and orders are properly documented and recorded with high quality.
  • Monitoring & analysis: You analyze incidents, prepare data for prioritization rounds, and thus support well-founded decisions in the team.
  • Documentation & presentation: You create structured presentations, summarize workshops concisely, and record results clearly and comprehensibly.
  • Automation & reporting: You identify automation potential and implement it with Power Automate. You also support the visualization of key figures in Power BI.
  • Feedback & process optimization: You analyze the needs of our employees (e.g., via surveys) and derive concrete measures to continuously improve processes, the IT environment, and work equipment.

A convincing background:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on digitalization, or comparable courses of study.
  • A structured, careful working style and high reliability characterize you. You can keep things running and enjoy getting to the bottom of problems and presenting them comprehensibly.
  • You present yourself with strong communication skills in speech and writing and show professional handling of internal and external contacts.
  • You have a high affinity for digital tools and an interest in automation and digital transformation.
  • You bring excellent German language skills (at least C1 level), communicate easily in English, and are willing to make occasional business trips within Germany.
