As a working student in the EGS IT User Services area, you will gain exciting insights into the real IT and service processes of a large company. You will take on independent tasks with a visible impact and become part of a team that actively involves and supports you.
A task that challenges:
- Support onboarding: You prepare new computers for our new joiners and ensure a smooth start in the company.
- Keep backlog & quality in view: You maintain our order tool and ensure that disruptions and orders are cleanly documented and recorded with high quality.
- Monitoring & Analysis: You analyze disruptions, prepare data for prioritization rounds, and thereby support well-founded decisions in the team.
- Documentation & Presentation: You create structured presentations, summarize workshops concisely, and record results clearly and comprehensibly.
- Automation & Reporting: You identify automation potential and implement it with Power Automate. You also support the visualization of key figures in Power BI.
- Feedback & Process Optimization: You analyze the needs of our employees (e.g., via surveys) and derive concrete measures to continuously improve processes, the IT environment, and work equipment.

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on digitalization, or comparable courses of study.
