We are changing things: The Plant Development group consists of an 8-person team whose core task is the strategic and operational optimization and further development of facilities and processes in the Works division.



What you will do with us:
  • Analysis and evaluation of operational and process data to support technical inquiries.
  • Preparation of presentations, as well as professional preparation and visualization of results.
  • Research into specialist questions in the field of drinking water treatment and wastewater treatment.
  • Support in conducting semi-technical and large-scale trials.
  • Close cooperation with the division's operational departments.
  • Assistance with organizational and administrative tasks within the team and department environment.

What you bring:
  • Enrolled in an engineering degree program (e.g. environmental engineering, process engineering or civil engineering), industrial engineering or a comparable field
  • Interest in topics related to drinking water treatment and wastewater treatment
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to familiarize yourself with new topics and issues
  • Independent, structured way of working, along with quick comprehension and good communication skills
  • Strong teamworking skills, reliability, commitment and a convincing manner
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Class B driver's license is an advantage but not a prerequisite
  • Very good written and spoken German (at least level C1)
