We are changing things: The Procurement and Logistics department is responsible for the needs-based supply of all required goods and services, as well as the procurement of construction services. With two central storage units, it also independently organizes the stocking of particularly important system components. We see ourselves as a service provider, strategic adviser, and reliable partner within the HAMBURG WASSER Group.


What you’ll do with us:
  • Obtaining and comparing quotations, preparing price comparison tables, and commissioning suppliers and service providers as part of individual procurement processes
  • Supporting the analysis and evaluation of procurement and ordering processes based on the inventory management system
  • Conducting market and supplier research to identify suitable procurement sources
  • Establishing, maintaining, and continuously developing a central knowledge database
  • Actively contributing to and supporting cross-departmental projects and the optimization of internal processes

What you bring:
  • Enrolled in a business-related degree program (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar)
  • Basic understanding of commercial and business administration principles
  • Affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset
  • Independent and structured way of working, combined with high self-motivation and a strong willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good communication skills in various conversational situations
