What you will do with us:
  • Supporting the planning and organization of meetings, as well as their preparation and follow-up
  • Attending meetings, including taking structured minutes
  • Independently handling and preparing selected special topics
  • Supporting day-to-day operations with administrative tasks
  • Assisting with documenting and preparing results
  • Following up on outstanding items and supporting follow-up measures
  • Collaborating and coordinating with various stakeholders
  • Monitoring and adhering to deadlines and appointments

What you bring:
  • Enrolled student, for example in business sciences, business administration, economics, or a comparable field
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • High reliability and discretion, as well as organizational skills
  • Good command of German, both spoken and written
