What you will do with us:

• Assisting with the planning, organization, and preparation for and follow-up of meetings
• Participating in meetings, including keeping structured minutes
• Independently handling and preparing selected special topics
• Supporting day-to-day operations with administrative tasks
• Assisting with documenting and preparing results
• Following up on outstanding items and supporting follow-up measures
• Collaborating and coordinating with various stakeholders
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with deadlines and scheduled dates

What you bring:

• Enrolled student, for example in business and economics, business administration, economics, or a comparable field
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
• Proficient in using MS Office (especially Excel)
• High level of reliability and discretion, as well as organizational skills
• Good German skills, both spoken and written
