What you will do with us:
- Assisting with the planning, organization, and preparation for and follow-up of meetings
- Participating in meetings, including keeping structured minutes
- Independently handling and preparing selected special topics
- Supporting day-to-day operations with administrative tasks
- Assisting with documenting and preparing results
- Following up on outstanding items and supporting follow-up measures
- Collaborating and coordinating with various stakeholders
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with deadlines and scheduled dates
What you bring:
- Enrolled student, for example in business and economics, business administration, economics, or a comparable field
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Proficient in using MS Office (especially Excel)
- High level of reliability and discretion, as well as organizational skills
- Good German skills, both spoken and written
