What you will do with us:

• Supporting the planning, organization, and preparation and follow-up of meetings
• Participating in meetings, including keeping structured minutes
• Independently handling and preparing selected special topics
• Supporting daily operations with administrative tasks
• Assisting with documenting and preparing results
• Following up on outstanding items and supporting follow-up measures
• Collaborating and coordinating with various stakeholders
• Monitoring and adhering to deadlines and appointments

What you bring:

• Enrolled student, for example in business sciences, business administration, economics, or a comparable field
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
• High reliability and discretion as well as organizational skills
• Good German skills, both spoken and written
