What you will do with us:
  • Support in planning, organizing, and preparing for and following up on meetings
  • Attend meetings, including structured minute-taking
  • Independently handle and prepare selected special topics
  • Support day-to-day operations with administrative tasks
  • Assist with documenting and preparing results
  • Follow up on outstanding items and support follow-up measures
  • Collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines and dates

What you bring:
  • Enrolled student, for example in business studies, business administration, economics, or a comparable field
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Proficient in using MS Office (especially Excel)
  • High level of reliability and discretion, as well as organizational skills
  • Good command of German, both spoken and written
