We make a difference: The Procurement and Logistics department is responsible for meeting demand for all required supplies and services, as well as procuring construction services. Two central storage units also handle the independently organized stocking of particularly important system components. What you'll do with us:
  • Obtaining and comparing quotes, preparing price comparison tables, and commissioning suppliers and service providers as part of individual procurement activities
  • Supporting the analysis and evaluation of procurement and ordering processes based on the merchandise management system
  • Conducting market and supplier research to identify suitable sources of supply
  • Setting up, maintaining, and continuously developing a central knowledge database
  • Actively participating in and supporting cross-functional projects, as well as optimizing internal processes

What you bring:
  • Enrolled in a business or economics degree program (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field)
  • Basic understanding of commercial and business administration principles
  • Affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, combined with high self-motivation and a strong willingness to learn
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Good communication skills in a variety of conversational situations
