Your role: The Matrix42 administrator team is part of requirements management and supports IT and specialist departments in digitising and automating service processes. It is responsible for maintaining and developing the service catalogue and for designing and implementing solutions suited to service-management needs.
- Support the development and maintenance of the service catalogue in Matrix42
- Coordinate and analyse requirements and clarify technical implementation options with specialist departments and IT
- Design and implement user-friendly service forms to support digital service processes
- Define, optimise and implement efficient provision and automation workflows
- Actively contribute to and continuously develop services in the service-management environment
