Responsibilities

  • Support the further development and maintenance of the service catalogue in Matrix42
  • Coordinate and analyse requirements and clarify technical implementation options with business departments and IT
  • Design and implement user-friendly service forms to support digital service processes
  • Define, optimize, and implement efficient provisioning and automation workflows
  • Actively contribute to and continuously develop services in the service management environment

Requirements

  • Currently studying business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable subject
  • Understanding of database structures and an interest in technical contexts and IT processes
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset with an eye for pragmatic solutions
  • Analytical and structured working style and the ability to understand complex matters
  • Initiative, teamwork, and enthusiasm for developing and implementing technical solutions
