HanseWerk AG is seeking a working student in committee management for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board at its Quickborn location, starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of topics for the Executive Board and committees, including the Supervisory Board and General Meeting, from initial structure through to the final presentation
- Create and further develop presentations suitable for management
- Combine and prepare information from different areas of the company
- Learn new topics quickly and support their structured preparation
- Condense complex content into clear, decision-relevant messages
- Contribute to dynamic coordination processes, sometimes involving short-notice changes
Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree, for example in business, law, public management or a related subject
- Ability to learn new topics quickly and structure information clearly
- Very good sense for clear, concise presentation, especially in PowerPoint
- Flexibility and resilience in an environment with changing requirements and tight deadlines
- Careful working style combined with high standards for quality and pace
- Curiosity and motivation to gain deep insight into company-wide relationships and decision-making processes
What to expect
You should enjoy quickly familiarising yourself with new topics and working with incomplete information. Structured processes are used where they make sense, but much of the work develops through discussion and joint refinement. Feedback loops and short-notice changes are part of everyday work and should not slow you down. A significant part of the role involves developing and sharpening content iteratively, including under time pressure.
The role provides an unusually deep insight into company-wide topics and management-level decision-making processes.
The source does not provide a salary, working hours or an application URL.
